luvmyscrubhats.com uses Sendle couriers to deliver orders throughout Australia.
We post 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Sendle uses Couriers Please and Fastway for delivery. PO Box, Parcel Lockers and regional customers will receive their parcels via Australia Post
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Australian orders will be dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 days of purchase, except on weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery from shipping confirmation date. These times are set by Sendle guidelines, your order may arrive earlier.
Tracking & insurance is included for all purchases and are packaged in satchels or super flat shipping boxes
If you give us the wrong postal address when you place your order, you will be charged additional postage costs to resend your parcel, if it is returned to us.
If your order is lost, your parcel is insured up to $100.
If your order exceeds $AUD100 we will cover insurance for the full amount.
